Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established Employment & Labor and Litigation practice in Hartford. The role will focus on handling contested employment matters and counseling employers on workplace compliance across state and federal law.

The team handles a broad range of labor and employment issues, including litigation defense and preventative counseling. This is an opportunity to lead client matters, develop business, and work with an experienced regional team.

Portable practice welcome; the firm is open to candidates who can bring an existing book of business and who want a visible role in growing the practice.

Proven partner-level experience in employment law and employment-related litigation.
Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (or willing to qualify promptly).
Track record of managing litigation matters and supervising teams.
Business development capability; portable business preferred.
