Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a litigation and labor & employment practice in the Hartford office of a leading US law firm. The role will handle a mix of commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability and healthcare-related matters, with opportunities to work on construction-related disputes as well.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, supervise and develop associates, and play an active role in business development. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate new clients is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters.
Proven record handling professional liability, healthcare, and construction-related disputes or equivalent experience.
Trial and motion experience; strong written and oral advocacy skills.
Demonstrated client-development ability and experience supervising junior lawyers; admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
