Senior lateral opportunity for an experienced partner to lead and grow an Employment & Labor practice within a busy Hartford office. The role combines courtroom-focused employment litigation with broader labor counseling and preventative advice for regional and national employers.

Ideal candidates will manage complex litigation matters, mentor junior lawyers, and develop client relationships across the region. The position reports into the national practice leadership and offers access to cross-practice resources and a broad client base.
