Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Houston construction and real estate litigation team. The role focuses on handling complex construction disputes and related commercial real estate matters, managing high-value cases from intake through trial or resolution.

The successful candidate will combine trial litigation experience with business development capability, supervise and mentor associates, and help grow the regional practice. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination track record will be welcome.

Admitted to practice in Texas (or eligible for admission)
Significant partner-level experience handling construction litigation and related commercial real estate disputes
Proven trial and dispositive motion experience; strong negotiation skills
Demonstrable client-development experience and ability to contribute a portable practice
Ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers and work collaboratively with cross-practice teams
