Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its New York construction and real estate litigation team. The role focuses on handling complex construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related contentious matters across the region.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with multi‑disciplinary teams on high‑stakes matters. Portable business is welcome and the firm supports partners who develop and grow client relationships.

Established partner-level background in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes.
Proven trial or arbitration experience and strong courtroom advocacy.
Track record of developing client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop associates and to work collaboratively across practice groups.
Active admission in New York (or ability to obtain pro hac/admission as required).
