Seeking a partner to lead and expand a construction and real-estate litigation practice in the firm's Raleigh office. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting disputes arising from construction projects, real-estate transactions and related commercial matters in state and federal forums, including arbitration and mediation.

The successful candidate will manage complex dockets, supervise associates, and work closely with clients across the development, contracting and ownership cycle. A proven track record of handling high-stakes litigation and developing client relationships is required; candidates with a portable practice are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience in construction and real-estate litigation (lead counsel on significant matters).
Comfort with trial and arbitration practice; strong motion and briefing skills.
Proven ability to generate and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
Experience managing teams of associates and support staff on complex matters.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain it.
