Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Walnut Creek office to lead and grow the construction and real estate litigation practice. The role focuses on handling complex construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related trial work across a variety of industry clients.

The successful candidate will have a track record of managing matters from intake through trial, supervising teams, and developing client relationships. The firm supports cross-practice collaboration and offers resources to expand a partner's regional practice.

A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome; the role includes partnership responsibilities for client development and practice leadership.

Established partner-level litigation experience, with a focus on construction and/or real estate disputes
Proven ability to manage complex cases and supervise associates
Demonstrable client development and business-generation skills; portable practice preferred
Bar admission in California and strong courtroom or arbitration experience
