Partner — Corporate & Energy (Los Angeles)

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Los Angeles corporate practice with a strong focus on energy transactions. The role will sit at the intersection of M&A, project development and capital markets work across renewable energy and traditional oil & gas clients.

The successful candidate will have an established transactional practice, handle complex deal work and play a visible role in business development for the office. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in energy or corporate transactions will be viewed favorably.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A, project development or energy transactional work
• Experience advising on capital markets and corporate transactions preferred
• Track record of originating business and managing client relationships; portable practice beneficial
• Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills on complex cross-disciplinary matters
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to qualify
