Partner, Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Los Angeles

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Los Angeles restructuring team. The role will support growth across lender-side high-yield/distressed-debt work and expand debtor-side bankruptcy and restructuring capabilities.

The partner will work on complex restructuring matters alongside an established cross‑jurisdictional team and help develop business in the western U.S. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice with both transactional and contentious restructuring work.

• Established partner with substantial experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed-debt matters.
• Track record on lender-side high-yield/distressed-debt work; debtor-side experience a plus.
• Proven ability to originate and grow a portable practice; demonstrated business development skills.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and capacity to lead client engagements.
