Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in the Los Angeles office. The role will focus on leveraged and structured finance transactions for corporate and sponsor clients, handling complex credit facilities and secured financings.

The successful candidate will play a senior client-facing role, lead deal teams, and drive business development in the Western U.S. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice with cross-office support and a full-service platform.

Proven partner-track or partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Established client relationships and ability to generate or bring portable business
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills; experience leading deal teams
Active bar admission in the U.S.; ability to work from the Los Angeles office
