The successful candidate will lead client engagements, originate and develop new business, and work across the firm’s domestic finance platform. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced team handling sophisticated commercial lending matters.

Established partner with a track record in banking, finance or private credit transactions
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable practice/book of business is welcome
Strong technical skills in loan documentation and credit structuring
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to admit locally as required
