Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in the downtown Los Angeles office. The role focuses on leveraged and structured finance matters, joining an established team that advises lenders and borrowers on complex debt transactions.

The team handles cross-border and domestic financings and works closely with other practice groups. The hire will play a senior client-facing role, developing business, leading transactions, and mentoring junior lawyers within the office.

Proven partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Track record of originating and executing complex debt financings and managing deal teams.
Established, portable client relationships and demonstrated business development ability.
Admission to the California bar (or eligibility) and strong commercial judgment and drafting skills.
