A leading international law firm is seeking a senior corporate partner to join its Frankfurt team. The role will focus on high-value M&A, private equity and capital markets work, advising domestic and cross-border clients.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead transactions, manage and develop deal teams, and play a visible role in business development across the firm's corporate practice in Germany.

Established partner-level track record in M&A, private equity and/or capital markets (including venture capital transactions)
Proven origination skills and a demonstrable portable client practice
Experience leading complex, cross-border deals and managing teams
Admitted or able to practice in Germany (or equivalent qualifications permitting practice in Germany)
