Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Frankfurt corporate and finance team. The role will focus on private equity and venture capital transactions, advising sponsors, portfolio companies and lenders on complex cross‑border deals.

Ideal candidate will take a senior, client‑facing role — originating and executing mandates, managing teams, and expanding an established practice in Germany. This is a Frankfurt‑based position with regular interaction across European and global offices.

Established partner with a strong track record in private equity and/or venture capital transactions and related corporate/finance work
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and lead deal teams
Experience on cross‑border transactions and familiarity with German market practices
Portable book of business or demonstrable business development pipeline preferred
