Seeking a partner to lead and grow a busy finance practice in Frankfurt. The role focuses on complex banking and finance matters, including cross-border transactions and lending work for corporate and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, working with an established team of finance lawyers and collaborating across offices on international matters. There is scope to bring and develop a portable practice.

Qualified lawyer with proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions
Track record of handling complex domestic and cross-border lending work
Demonstrable business development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships
Experience leading teams and mentoring senior associates
Fluent in German and English; admitted or eligible to practise in Germany
