The role is a front‑bench partnership position with responsibility for originating and leading transactions, developing client relationships across Germany, and mentoring junior lawyers. Candidates will join a well‑resourced global platform while operating from Frankfurt.

Proven partner‑level track record in banking and finance work (syndicated lending, acquisition finance, or similar).
Established client relationships and demonstrable origination ability or a portable practice.
Admitted to practice in Germany or equivalent continental European qualification; full professional fluency in German and English.
Experience managing teams on complex cross‑border financings and coordinating with international offices.
