Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Frankfurt finance team with a focus on capital markets and related financing transactions. The role involves advising corporate and institutional clients on capital markets issuances, securitisations and cross-border financing, with significant regulatory and transactional elements.

The partner will take a front‑facing business development role, lead and mentor more junior lawyers in Frankfurt, and work closely with teams across Europe on complex, multi‑jurisdictional mandates. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and develop client relationships is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in capital markets transactions and related finance work.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and mandates.
Strong leadership and team‑management skills; experience mentoring associates.
Excellent drafting and negotiating skills and familiarity with European regulatory and securities frameworks.
Fluency in English; German language skills preferred.
