Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to head and grow its restructuring, distressed-debt and finance practice in the Frankfurt office. The role will combine industry-facing restructuring work with cross-border finance matters and distressed-credit advisory.

The successful candidate will run matters, develop client relationships and collaborate with teams across Europe. There is an expectation of a portable practice or demonstrable origination ability to complement the existing platform.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring, distressed-debt and finance transactions.
Track record of running matters and leading deal or litigation teams.
Proven business-development capability and willingness to build or bring a portable practice.
Strong cross-border experience and ability to work with multi-jurisdictional teams.
