Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Frankfurt capital markets practice. The role will focus on advising issuers, banks and other market participants on a wide range of debt and equity capital markets transactions.

The partner will play a front‑facing origination and deal‑lead role, working with cross‑border teams across Europe and coordinating with other finance and corporate specialists. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for client development and team mentoring.

Established partner/step‑in partner with significant capital markets experience (debt and/or equity).
Proven origination and client relationship track record; ability to bring or develop a portable practice.
Admitted or qualified to practise in Germany (or equivalent EU qualification) and able to work on German‑law matters; fluent English and German.
Strong leadership and team management skills; experience working on cross‑border transactions.
