Leading national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Reno office to build and lead matters across corporate, intellectual property and litigation practices. The role will work collaboratively with regional offices and practice teams on transactional work, IP enforcement and complex commercial disputes.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and demonstrable business development success. The team is prioritizing partners with experience in M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth companies and patent litigation; ERISA/benefits experience is also of interest. The firm offers a flexible partnership structure and cross-office collaboration for growth opportunities.

Established partner with a portable practice and proven client origination/business development record
Substantive experience in one or more of: M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth transactions, patent litigation, or ERISA/benefits
Track record of leading matter teams and collaborating across offices
Bar admission or ability to qualify in the relevant jurisdiction
