Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its Employment & Labor litigation capability in the Reno office. The role focuses on handling a broad range of labor and employment disputes, leading litigation teams, and advising employers on workplace risk and compliance.

The successful candidate will manage a busy docket, mentor junior lawyers, and participate in regional business development. A portable practice or existing client relationships are welcomed and will be supported.

Proven track record in employment and labor litigation (trial and/or extensive contested proceedings).
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in Nevada.
Experience supervising associates and managing client matters from intake through resolution.
Strong client-development skills; portability of a practice or relationships is desirable.
