Established regional practice is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its corporate and international transactional offering from the Muscat office. The role will focus on cross-border M&A, corporate governance and other corporate transactions for a mix of regional and international clients.

International law firm experience is highly preferred. The successful candidate will be expected to bring a portable practice and demonstrate proven business development and client relationship skills. Billing expectations align with market-standard rates.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A, corporate governance and transactional work.
Track record of advising on cross-border transactions and working with international clients or firms.
Demonstrable business development capability and a portable book of business.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring deal teams.
