Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and expand a corporate and finance practice in Muscat with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions. The role involves handling complex cross-border corporate and finance matters for regional and international clients.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and succession planning for the local team, drive business development, and act as the visible partner for key client relationships. This is a hands-on role with genuine opportunity to shape the office s strategic direction in Oman as current senior leaders approach retirement.

A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow work in the region is welcome; the firm is looking for a partner who can immediately contribute to fee generation and long-term platform growth.

Established partner-level track record in corporate, private equity and venture capital work, including cross-border transactions.
Proven business development and client relationship skills; ability to bring or quickly develop a portable practice.
Experience leading, mentoring and growing a team in a regional office.
Qualified lawyer in a relevant jurisdiction and able to be based in Muscat (or relocate).
