Lateral Partner — Finance & Energy, Muscat

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a finance-led energy and infrastructure practice in Muscat. The role focuses on originating and managing project finance and energy mandates across the Gulf, supporting a growing pipeline of transactions in power, renewables and infrastructure.

The team offers flexibility on regional working location and requires a senior rainmaker able to develop regional relationships and convert pipeline opportunities into mandates. This is a hands-on leadership role combining origination, client management and deal execution.

• Portable book of business of >$1 million (USD)
• Proven track record in project finance and energy/infrastructure transactions
• Established relationships across the Gulf region (UAE/Oman preferred)
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-border mandates
