Senior partner opportunity for an experienced energy/environment lawyer to join a well-established regional practice based in Muscat. The role is focused on leading and growing transactional and advisory work across the energy and environmental sectors in Oman and the wider GCC.

This position offers a leadership role with responsibility for client relationship management, business development and mentoring junior lawyers. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and win work in the region are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental work (transactional and advisory).
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice advantageous.
Experience advising on matters across Oman/GCC or comparable markets.
Strong leadership and team management skills; fluent English; local or regional admission/registration where relevant.
