Leading regional office seeks an experienced partner to strengthen its Energy and Corporate practice in Muscat. The role focuses on oil & gas transactions and corporate work across the region, with client-facing senior responsibility and team leadership.

This is a hands-on leadership position offering scope to build and develop the bench, mentor junior lawyers, and grow a portfolio of regional energy clients. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in energy (oil & gas) and corporate transactions.
Proven track record of originating or managing client relationships and winning work.
Experience leading teams and supervising complex cross-border matters.
Practical knowledge of the Oman/Gulf energy market or demonstrable regional experience.
