Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to support an established growth initiative in Houston. The role will combine transactional and commercial litigation work, with a strong emphasis on energy, project and structured finance matters.

The partner will join a multi-disciplinary team that handles cross-border and domestic engagements across corporate, finance and construction/infrastructure areas. The team is expanding regionally and the hire will play a visible role in market development.

Established partner with significant experience in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation.
Proven, portable client book or demonstrable origination capability (required).
Experience in energy-related matters, project finance or structured finance preferred.
Comfort working on cross-border matters and collaborating with national/international teams.
Strong communication and business-development track record in a competitive market.
