Partner, Corporate & Litigation — Washington, D.C.

Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office to develop and lead an integrated corporate and commercial litigation practice. The role combines transactional M&A and corporate governance work with commercial dispute matters for sophisticated domestic and cross-border clients.

The successful candidate will have an established portable practice, a demonstrable track record of originating and executing complex deals and commercial litigation, and the ability to grow client relationships and mentor junior lawyers. The position offers a platform to work on high‑value matters alongside an experienced multi‑disciplinary team.

• Established partner with significant experience in M&A, corporate governance and commercial litigation.
• Proven business development record and a portable client base.
• Experience leading complex domestic and cross‑border transactions and commercial disputes.
• Strong team leadership and mentoring skills; ability to collaborate across practices.
• Bar admission in D.C. or eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction.
