The role will handle high-stakes matters for corporate clients across the technology and regulated sectors.
The firm is looking for an experienced trial lawyer who can lead teams, develop strategy in multi-jurisdictional disputes, and advise clients on privacy and data-related risk. This is a visible role with opportunities to shape practice direction and collaborate with cross-practice groups.
Candidates with an existing, portable practice or client relationships in technology, privacy, or class-action defense are encouraged to apply; partnership track and client origination will be considered in line with firm expectations.
- Proven partner-level litigation experience, including handling technology-related disputes and class actions.
- Substantive experience with privacy, data-protection, or related regulatory matters.
- Strong trial and motion practice skills and experience managing large teams and complex matters.
- Portable client relationships/established book of business preferred.
- Bar admission in D.C. or ability to become admitted to practice in D.C.
