Seeking a senior litigator to join a busy litigation and technology practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on leading complex commercial and class action matters with significant technology, privacy and data-protection issues.

Successful candidates will lead client engagements, develop business in privacy and data‑protection disputes, and work collaboratively with national practice teams across related sectors.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level track record in technology-related litigation and class actions
Demonstrated business development ability and client relationship management
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and substantial courtroom or trial experience
