Leading national/regional law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Corporate/M&A practice across multiple Pacific Northwest and Mountain West offices. The role focuses on leading complex M&A and transactional matters, advising corporate clients across industries, and supervising deal teams.

The successful candidate will be a visible rainmaker and relationship-builder who can originate and develop client work, while also mentoring associates and contributing to firm business development initiatives. Opportunity to work across offices and collaborate with other corporate practice lawyers on cross-jurisdictional transactions.

Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions
Proven track record leading deals and managing deal teams
Demonstrable business development ability; a portable practice or client relationships preferred
Admission to the relevant state bar(s) or ability to qualify
Strong client-facing, negotiation and leadership skills
