The role focuses on defending and advising employers on complex disputes and regulatory issues, with regular opportunities for courtroom work.
The partner will manage case strategy, supervise associates, and coordinate with a wider regional/national litigation platform. The position includes responsibility for client development and relationship management and is a visible leadership role within the office.
Candidates should have an established, portable practice and be prepared to contribute to business development while leveraging the firm s broader resources to grow regional workstreams.
- Admission to the relevant state bar and eligibility to practice in Idaho.
- Substantial experience handling employment and labor matters, including workplace litigation and regulatory counseling.
- Demonstrated trial and courtroom experience or significant case-management responsibility on major disputes.
- Proven business-development ability and an established book of business or demonstrable client relationships.
- Leadership experience supervising associates and managing client teams.
