Seeking a lateral partner to join an established litigation team in Boise focused on healthcare and life sciences disputes. The role will lead complex litigation matters, manage client relationships, and collaborate with regional and national colleagues on cross-jurisdictional issues.

Ideal candidate will bring partner-level litigation experience in healthcare or life sciences, courtroom and motion practice capabilities, and a track record of winning new business. This is a visible role with responsibility for mentoring junior lawyers and helping grow the practice.

Significant partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences litigation
Strong trial and motion practice; courtroom experience preferred
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice welcome
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and collaborating across teams
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
