Seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a national firm’s Boise office focusing on commercial litigation, labor & employment matters, professional liability and healthcare-related disputes. The role combines courtroom work with client relationship development across regional and national matters.

This is a partnership opportunity for a candidate who will lead contested matters, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow a portable or locally developed practice. The team handles a mix of employer-side employment cases, professional-liability claims, healthcare disputes, and construction-related litigation.

Admission to the relevant state bar and active litigation credentials.
Proven trial and motion experience in commercial and employment litigation.
Track record of managing client engagements and supervising associates.
Business development ability; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated book growth preferred.
