Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and develop its corporate / M&A offering from the Frankfurt office. The role will involve originating and leading complex cross-border and domestic M&A transactions across industry sectors.

The successful candidate will join an established corporate team, taking a visible client-facing role and contributing to business development, deal execution and team mentoring.

Proven partner-level track record in M&A and corporate transactions.
Experience leading cross-border deals and managing deal teams.
Established client relationships and demonstrable ability to originate work; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong commercial judgment, business development skills and fluency in German and English preferred.
