Senior partner opportunity to lead and build a corporate M&A practice within a well-established international firm’s German offices. The role will focus on cross-border and domestic M&A work, advising corporate clients across sectors.

We are seeking an experienced partner to grow origination and manage a team locally, collaborating with colleagues across Europe. The position is open to candidates based in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt or Munich and will involve client relationship leadership and pitch work.

Established partner-level M&A practitioner with significant transaction experience.
Proven ability to originate and bring a portable client base / book of business.
Experience managing and developing teams and working on cross-border matters.
Admitted or qualified to practise in Germany; fluency in German and strong English proficiency.
