Senior lateral partner role to lead and grow a technology practice in Germany within a major international firm. The role involves advising corporate and technology clients on commercial and regulatory technology matters, originating and leading mandates, and working with local and international teams across offices.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for business development, client relationship management and team leadership, and will help shape the firm’s technology offering in the German market. A portable client base is desirable.

Established partner-level experience advising on technology matters (commercial/transactional and/or regulatory).
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Experience leading teams and working with cross-border or multi-office practices in Germany.
Strong commercial skills and fluency in German and English.
