Senior transactional partner role within a well-established UK corporate team, based in Liverpool. The post will lead and advise on mid-market M&A and corporate transactions across a range of sectors, working with a busy transactional desk and senior colleagues.

The firm is looking for an experienced partner able to run deals end-to-end, develop and deepen client relationships, and support the growth of the regional corporate offering. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable track record of originating and winning new mandates are encouraged to apply.

Qualified solicitor with substantial partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions
Proven experience running deals end-to-end (sell-side, buy-side, disposals, share and asset transactions)
Track record of business development and client relationship management at partner level
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and to mentor senior associates
