Well-established UK corporate practice is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Manchester M&A and transactional team. The role will focus on leading mid-market domestic and cross-border deals and advising corporate clients across a range of sectors.

The successful hire will join a collaborative team with broad transactional capability and support for business development and client management. A portable practice or demonstrable origination track record is welcomed.

Proven partner-level M&A / corporate transactional experience in the UK market
Established client relationships and demonstrable business development / origination ability
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent UK qualification)
Experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers and leading deal teams
