Senior partner-level hire to lead and grow a full-service corporate practice from the firm's Austin office. The role will cover M&A, capital markets and transactional work across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy clients, with opportunities to work alongside specialist teams in IP and technology transactions.

The team is seeking a rainmaker who can originate and manage sophisticated deals, help develop a regional platform, and collaborate with national and global practice groups. Portable business is welcomed; the role offers senior partner responsibility for client relationships and practice development.

Established partner with a demonstrable track record in M&A, corporate transactions and/or capital markets.
Experience advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients preferred.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead deal teams; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong commercial judgment, team leadership and ability to collaborate with IP/technology and litigation specialists.
