Leading national practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Fort Worth office to expand an established corporate and technology litigation capability. The role will focus on matters at the intersection of fintech, cyber security, and corporate transactions, advising clients on disputes and related governance issues.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and work on both contentious and transactional matters involving technology-driven businesses. The firm is looking for a partner who can contribute subject-matter expertise and collaborate across corporate, litigation and technology practices.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate litigation with significant exposure to technology or fintech matters.
Track record advising on M&A-related disputes, corporate governance issues or cyber incident matters.
Strong business development skills and the ability to grow a portable practice or contribute materially to client origination.
Ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and mentor junior lawyers.
