Partner — Corporate, Finance & Securities, Fort Worth

Experienced corporate partner sought to join a leading law firm’s Fort Worth office to build and lead a transactional practice across corporate, finance and capital markets matters. The role will focus on private equity, venture capital and capital markets work for U.S. and cross-border clients.

This is a partner-level role with responsibility for originating and managing client relationships, supervising deal teams, and developing business in the region. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client generation history are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner-level corporate/finance/securities experience, including private equity, venture capital or capital markets matters
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; portable practice welcomed
• Experience leading teams and supervising complex transactions
• Licensed to practice in Texas (or able to obtain admission) and eligible to work in the U.S.
