Partner — Litigation & Corporate (Technology) — Fort Worth

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national law firm’s Fort Worth office to lead and grow matters at the intersection of litigation, corporate transactions, and technology. The role emphasizes fintech, cyber security, and corporate governance work, with opportunities to originate cross-practice engagements and advise on M&A-related disputes and transactional risk.

The team represents corporate clients across regulated technology and financial-services sectors, with an emphasis on West Coast-facing business. The role combines fee-earning work, client development, and collaboration with national practice groups.

• Proven partner-level experience in litigation and corporate work involving fintech, cyber security, or technology companies
• Track record advising on M&A-related risk, corporate governance, and related disputes
• Ability to originate and develop client relationships and lead cross-office teams
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
