The role sits on a NY/London cross‑border platform and will focus on originating and executing private credit, special situations and related financing transactions across the US, UK and continental Europe.
They are looking for a commercially minded senior lawyer with proven relationships across private credit and special situations investors, demonstrable origination and execution experience, and the ability to collaborate across offices. Submissions are reviewed holistically; candidates should provide a resume/bio and a short business case explaining the strategic rationale for the move. Meetings are not guaranteed but viable portable practices will be considered.
- Established partner with substantial experience in private credit, special situations or distressed/alternative finance.
- Track record of cross‑border deal origination and execution involving US, UK and European parties.
- Strong market relationships with direct lenders, funds, sponsors and institutional investors; demonstrated client development ability.
- Comfort working on a NY–London cross‑border platform and collaborating with multi‑jurisdictional teams.
- Portable practice or demonstrable client connectivity preferred; submit a concise business case alongside CV/bio.
