Leading regional law practice is seeking an experienced partner to head and grow its Employment & Labor practice in Muscat, with responsibility for transactional corporate work that often intersects with employment issues. The role combines client advisory, deal support, and practice development across Oman and the wider GCC.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer with an established, portable practice and a proven record of client origination and relationship management. This is a hands-on leadership role that will involve mentoring fee-earners, developing business, and collaborating with cross-border teams.

Proven partner-level experience in employment/labor law and related corporate transactions.
Established, portable client relationships and demonstrable business development capability.
Experience advising employers and handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Ability to lead a team, coach junior lawyers, and work with regional/international colleagues.
Admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction and strong commercial drafting and advisory skills.
