Leading regional office is hiring a lateral partner to strengthen its Employment & Labor and Corporate practice in Muscat. The role combines high-value transactional work with strategic employment advisory for regional and multinational clients.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, leading matters, managing local teams and working closely with colleagues across the region. A portable practice or demonstrated business development capability is welcomed and will be an important consideration.

Established partner with a proven track record in employment / labor law and corporate transactions.
Experience advising on cross-border matters and managing client relationships in the Gulf region (Oman experience preferred).
Demonstrable business development skills or a portable practice.
Ability to lead and mentor teams and to collaborate with a regional network of lawyers.
