Seeking a partner to lead and grow a combined employment-law and tax practice from the firm's Cologne office. The role involves advising employers and corporate clients on employment, compensation and tax-sensitive employment matters, working across transactional, advisory and contentious matters.

The successful candidate will join a well-established team and will have autonomy to develop and manage client relationships. This is a partner-track lateral role for an experienced lawyer with an existing practice or demonstrable client development capability in the relevant fields.

Established partner-level experience in employment law with substantial exposure to tax-related employment issues.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice is welcome.
Admission to practise in Germany or equivalent local qualification.
Strong commercial acumen and experience supervising teams and cross-practice matters.
