Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in the Chattanooga office. The role combines client-facing counseling and litigation work across traditional labor and employment matters.

The partner will manage and grow a team, lead significant matters, and work closely with regional and national colleagues to develop business. The team values practical, commercially minded advice and active business development.

Proven partner-level experience in labor and employment law, including both counseling and litigation matters.
Track record of developing client relationships and generating business; a portable practice is welcomed.
Ability to lead and mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practice groups and offices.
Admission to practice in Tennessee or willingness to become licensed.
