Senior employment & labor partner role in Geneva with a well‑established practice. The hire will lead and grow employment work across Switzerland, advising on contentious and non‑contentious matters for corporate and institutional clients.

The role involves managing and developing a local team, providing strategic client advice on workforce issues and cross‑border employment matters, and working across EU/Swiss frameworks. A clear focus on business development and client relationship growth is expected.

Portable practice or demonstrable book of business welcomed; the firm is open to candidates who can bring or generate client work and who are comfortable operating at partner level in a collaborative international environment.

Established partner‑level experience in employment & labor law (contentious and/or advisory work).
Proven business development track record; portable practice or ability to win and grow client work.
Experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers and leading client engagements.
Admitted or eligible to practice in Switzerland, or able to work effectively with Swiss counsel.
