Partner — Energy & Environmental, Geneva

Senior hire sought to lead and grow an established energy and environmental practice from the Geneva office. The role combines high-value transactional and regulatory work across energy and infrastructure projects with cross-border advisory matters.

The post is client-facing and commercially focused: you will manage complex matters, mentor a growing team and drive business development in Switzerland and broader European markets. The team handles both project and regulatory aspects of energy and infrastructure work.

• Proven partner-level experience in energy, environmental and infrastructure matters, with a track record of leading significant cross-border transactions or regulatory mandates.
• Established client relationships and demonstrable business development ability; a portable practice will be an advantage.
• Experience managing and developing teams, with strong commercial and project-management skills.
• Admitted or eligible to practise in Switzerland (or relevant EU jurisdiction) and fluent English; additional European language skills advantageous.
