The team operates on a location-agnostic basis and will consider candidates with a portable practice or client relationships. Compensation and billing arrangements are competitive and evaluated on a sliding scale.

Partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions, including syndicated and acquisition finance
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Experience handling cross-border mandates and coordinating with international teams
Strong commercial judgment and business development capability
